FAQs

  • Is Galaxy Totes a moving company?

    No we are not a moving company. Galaxy Totes delivers and retrieves the empty totes the day and time of your choosing.

  • What is the cancellation/ rescheduling policy?

    You have 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to cancel or reschedule and receive a full refund.

  • Does someone have to be home during the delivery?

    Yes! It is mandatory for someone to be at the delivery location to sign for the totes.

  • Will I need tape?

    No! Tape is for the unfortunate folks still using cardboard boxes. All totes have strong interlocking tops.

  • Can I hire a moving company if I rent your totes?

    Yes! You have a couple of options: if you want the movers to pack your belongings, let them know you already have totes for moving and ask them to discount their fee for the boxes you won’t be using, along with the time that they won’t be assembling and taping up boxes. Otherwise, pack the totes yourselves and pay the movers just for moving them.

  • Can I request more totes after my reservation has started?

    Yes. Please give us a call if you need more totes delivered.
